Update of Sprunki SMG4 Edition

Updates

1. Change background in settings (Showgrounds/OG)

2. Tari Phase 2 has a small redesign

3. Had to fix a few of the characters' hair so they don't appear bald or mostly bald especially smg4 and smg3. (not all, i'll do other characters later)

4. New icon format
