Announcement for Sprunki SMG4 Edition

So outside of Itch.io, many people have been complaining about this problem with 4 and 3 being Bald. I will give them more hair so they don't appear to look 'bald' but i will have to change all the animation frames for both of them before publishing. This will not take long to do, but it may take some time since i have to replace all of the animation frames, especially for the IGBP SMG4.
